PrimeBuild is a concept site for a turnkey construction and renovation company, built around reducing uncertainty at every stage — from a first indicative budget through a six-step delivery process to an open project tracker a client can follow once construction begins.

Construction is one of the highest-stakes purchases most people make, and most of that stress comes from not knowing what's going to happen next or what it will cost. The challenge was making that uncertainty visibly smaller before a visitor ever contacts the company.

Reduce client anxiety on long renovation timelines by making project phase and status visible at any point, not just at handover.

I built a project builder that turns property type, size and finish tier into an indicative budget and build programme, paired with a six-stage process (discover, define, design, price, construct, handover) and an illustrative live project tracker so a visitor can see what ongoing communication with PrimeBuild would actually look like.

A refined, materials-led dark theme — concrete, travertine, oak and marble — presented through real construction and finished-interior photography, so the site reads as an architecture practice rather than a generic contractor brochure.

Built with semantic HTML5, modular CSS and vanilla JavaScript. The project builder, cost-transparency breakdown and project tracker are client-side and explicitly labeled as indicative — final numbers depend on verified drawings and site conditions.

A construction concept that replaces vague budget ranges with an interactive, transparent estimating flow, while being explicit that every figure is indicative pending a real site assessment.

Construction clients trust visible sequence — a project shown in phases reduces anxiety more than a project shown in glossy renders.
