PulseSync

PulseSync is a concept product for engineering teams who want to replace the recurring standup meeting with short async video updates. The pitch is direct: record, share, respond and ship — all on your own time, with the thread doing the coordinating instead of a calendar invite.

Async-work tools can feel abstract without something concrete to point at. The challenge was making the "no more meetings" pitch tangible through a specific, walkable interaction rather than just describing the idea in marketing copy.

Demonstrate, through the interface itself, the kind of engineering rigor a developer-tools buyer expects from the product being sold.

I built the product story around one concrete example thread: a recorded update, a transcript-based blocker detector flagging "I'm blocked waiting for API credentials," and a simulated team summary showing what's shipping, in progress and blocked — so the value of async video is something you can actually see rather than take on faith.

A dark, terminal-inspired interface (a boot-style intro, monospaced status lines) that signals "built for engineers" from the first second, paired with a friendlier five-step visual (record → share → respond → align → ship) for the human side of the pitch.

Built with semantic HTML5, modular CSS and vanilla JavaScript. All team activity, blocker detection and pricing calculators are demonstration data — the site is explicit that integrations shown are conceptual and pricing is illustrative pending real configuration.

A SaaS concept that communicates a genuinely useful async-work idea through a specific, interactive example instead of abstract marketing claims — clearly labeled throughout as demonstration data pending real backend integration.

Developer-facing products need to demonstrate their own engineering quality; the interface is itself the first piece of evidence a technical buyer evaluates.
